Technical Product Portfolio Manager for Discrete Semiconductors

The Technical Product Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding the Schottky Rectifier product portfolio within the Power Bipolar Discretes Group. This position is based in Hamburg, Germany or Shanghai, China.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Schottky Rectifier product life cycle, ensuring continuous improvement and expansion.
- IDentify portfolio gaps, market trends, and competitor portfolios to develop an innovative product roadmap.
- Define product specifications and cost structures for new products.
- Create business plans for new products and drive execution to meet business case goals.
- Develop technical value propositions and marketing materials to position our products effectively.
- Collaborate with R&D and stakeholders on competitor analysis to establish performance and cost benchmarks.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:
- A Master's degree in physics or engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar environment.
- In-depth understanding of the discrete semiconductor market, competitor landscape, product key parameters, and product applications.
- Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Highly self-motivated and committed team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Intercultural awareness and ability to work in international teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%) and engage with customers commercially and technically.
