About The Position

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including private channels, chain store groups, and strategic partners in the region.
  • Identify and develop high-potential key clients in the region, driving the creation of collaboration platforms, designing cooperation frameworks, and executing them.
  • Meet sales, profit, market share, and growth targets for the region's private channels.
  • Design and execute KA activities in the region.
  • Closely collaborate with the corresponding market and sales teams to manage key clients in the region, serving patients.
  • Adhere to and promote the company's core values, and comply with regulatory, financial, and other company policies.

The Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing key clients in private channels, or 2 years of experience in sales management, product management, or KA.
  • Familiarity with the daily work content and decision-making processes of key clients and decision-makers in private channels.
  • Understanding of private channel key client contract design and execution.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the medical field and ability to keep up-to-date.
  • Knowledge of key information related to clinical diseases and pharmaceuticals.
  • Rich experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical market, self-pay healthcare, or fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Understanding of the non-public channel market (required).
  • Knowledge of regional business and market, and familiarity with key clients in the region.
  • Experience in managing key clients in private channels is preferred.
  • Experience in self-pay drugs, injectable drugs is preferred.
