Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the analytical instrument market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads and promote our products.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years of sales experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the analytical instrument market.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel.
