Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives focusing on designated market segments within assigned territories.
- Conduct extensive retailer visits (approximately 6 retailers per day) to enhance product sales and strengthen the local sales and service network.
- Offer insightful consultancy to retailers aimed at elevating their service standards and operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyze relevant market data, including retail shop details, competitor insights, and vehicle registration statistics by segment.
- Guide and oversee the distributor's sales team to ensure adherence to Goodyear's sales policies.
- Support the execution of various marketing initiatives by Goodyear.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a non-tyre industry.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Driven by results and self-motivated.
- Proficient in computer operations, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to read and write in English for standard business communications (minimum CET 4).
