About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales & Leasing team to create and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business models and providing relevant feedback to maximize their performance.
  • Work closely with the Leasing and Property function to support partners with relocation and re-clustering within the meeting place.
  • Collaborate with the Accelerator Hub, New Income Streams Implementation Teams, and other internal and external partners to identify and implement innovation projects in the meeting place.
  • Drive planning process for Total Rental Income Budget (Estimation) and its follow-up in close cooperation with Leasing, Sales, and Business Navigation.
