Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Business Development Manager to join our team in Wuhan, China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our service portfolios and developing customer relationships to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote service portfolios and develop customer relationships to achieve business targets
- Develop new customers through market research and resource utilization
- Propose service solutions and coordinate after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in spare parts sales and promotion of new strategic service portfolios
- Conduct market intelligence and analyze customer demands to support service portfolio development
- Improve service business processes based on customer requirements and Siemens Energy regulations
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation and ownership
- Familiarity with Siemens MV/LV Drive system and Fiber/Metal verticals' application technology
- At least 2-3 years' experience in service business promotion in industry automation market
- Strategic thinking and systematic analysis capability
- Good English language skills
- Good communication and team working skills
- Willingness to travel
