Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
