Market Development Representative

About the Role
Takeda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Development Representative to join our team in Wuhan. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for executing market development strategies and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market development plans to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in market development and sales.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in market development, sales, or marketing in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
