Job Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes of suppliers to assess their capability. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve equipment-related issues and manage equipment owned by Cardinal Health, including preventive maintenance and spare parts management. Work alongside project leaders to execute and manage product lines across Asia. Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure alignment with technical and product specifications. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive improvements. Initiate and implement cost-saving measures. Support the execution of LEAN initiatives with processors and suppliers. Oversee all change management processes, ensuring suppliers comply with operational procedures, product standards, and work instructions. Provide guidance to external resources and contractors as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Approximately 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in medical device product, equipment, or process engineering, or equivalent experience in a related sector, including experience in multinational corporations.

Familiarity with materials, product certification, and process validation. Results-oriented with a proactive approach to developing effective supply chain solutions. Positive mindset, willing to challenge oneself to achieve greater outcomes. Ability to travel within Asia on short notice and work effectively across diverse cultures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
