About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and fashion-conscious Brand Representative to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. As a Brand Representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating and responding to customer needs.
  • Ensure a high level of store presentation and sales floor standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using a positive and articulate tone.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving sales growth and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Support store events and promotions, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
