About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon Connect Technology Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd. - C46. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our cloud strategy, working closely with our customers to design and implement innovative cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for our customers, leveraging AWS services and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in AWS technologies, including cloud computing, storage, databases, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of cloud solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our cloud solutions.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • 7+ years of experience in 2+ technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, operation systems, virtualization, security, networking, data & analytics, AI/ML.
  • Familiarity with common web application architectures and infrastructure needs, such as load balancing, caching, and message queues, authentication.
  • Proficient in English with excellent writing and speaking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in mainstream relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience with DevOps practices, familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), automation deployment tools (e.g., Ansible, Kubernetes).
  • Better has experience with analytics (e.g., Spark, Flink), IoT (e.g., MQTT, LORA) or WebRTC technology.
  • Familiarity with AWS, able to design and manage cloud infrastructure.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new emerging technologies and maintaining a keen insight into industry development trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to clearly express technical solutions.
