Job Responsibilities
  • Tutor students in the school's English curriculum, utilizing innovative teaching methods to foster engaging learning experiences.
  • Develop and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and report comments, ensuring high-quality education and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Chinese teachers to enhance school-based curriculum development and co-teaching initiatives.
  • Evaluate student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate academic success.
  • Create supportive and safe learning environments that promote student well-being and achievement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching, with a strong background in English language instruction.
  • Holding a teaching certificate and a recognized TEFL, CELTA, or TESOL certification.
  • Passionate about teaching, with excellent English communication skills and a patient demeanor.
