Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the department in organizing and summarizing payment documentation;
2. Prepare meeting minutes for weekly team meetings;
3. Support the collection and analysis of store establishment data;
4. Gather, organize, and manage store contracts;
5. Collect and verify documentation for security deposit refunds.
6. Organize and upload server data;
7. Undertake additional tasks assigned by the department;
8. Collect and analyze training data from online and offline sessions on a monthly basis;
9. Monthly statistics and analysis of E-learning platform results;
10. Regularly compile and upload training materials each month;
11. Update and organize trainee records monthly;
12. Maintain and update the inventory of training interaction gifts each month;
13. Manage the distribution and confirmation of materials;
14. Update the training calendar weekly;
15. Handle daily administrative tasks for the training center.
