  • Organize monthly forecasting, analyze variation, and initiate improvement actions.
  • Proactively involve in project execution, coordinate concerned parties to push project progress in a good manner.
  • Monitor direct engineer time reporting and track cross-company booking.
  • Work as a bridge between business and CBS team, interpreting and transforming finance knowledge into a language meaningful for the business team.
  • Coordinate or provide necessary support, such as SAP, IT, IM, IPS.
  • Assist in both internal and external audit.
  • Provide ad-hoc support needed by the business team or other tasks assigned by managers.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of work experience and 5+ years from a similar position in multinational companies.
  • JV experience.
  • Experience in heavy industry companies.

Competencies:

  • High integrity.
  • Good English skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP/computer system tool skills and good application in workflow.
  • Capable of working independently and taking proactive actions.
  • Good communication to coordinate financial activities of a metric organization.
