We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Product Manager (Enablement Content and Knowledge) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Key Responsibilities
  • Define and launch enabling platforms and knowledge products that meet local needs, including knowledge spectrum, mobility products, and knowledge sharing products.
  • Collaborate with global knowledge tech teams to define and launch products that improve the efficiency of knowledge content production and adoption.
  • Work with enabling coaches and program management teams to define new content and delivery channels.

Requirements
  • 8 years' experience in enterprise product delivery or development management and a Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or Psychology.
  • Verifiable capability of user research, requirements collection, and product definition.
  • Strong insights with data capabilities and strategy.
  • Experience working with global teams to drive product launch.
  • Fluent written and spoken English to support daily work with global teams.
