Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements, analyze and refine stories, design solutions, implement/test them, and support them in production.
  • Develop high-quality software products based on approved designs, with a focus on initial testing and quality assurance.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality, while proactively reporting potential issues and delays to the supervisor.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technological trends, with the ability to learn state-of-the-art technologies, prototype innovative solutions, and recommend their use in company products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Knowledge of multi-tier component-based architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise integration architecture and patterns is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g., Scrum).
  • Knowledge of RDBMS and non-relational databases.
