Key Account Manager

Role Purpose: To provide professional services to patients and clients through professional visits, academic discussions, and brand information transmission, maintaining GSK's brand reputation and achieving overall business goals.
Key Accountabilities:- Conduct professional visits and academic discussions in designated hospitals, meeting company requirements, and developing healthy working relationships with local hospitals.
- Actively participate in professional skill and knowledge learning, meeting company requirements, and effectively applying these skills and knowledge in daily academic promotion activities.
- Timely understand and collect client disease diagnosis and brand usage information, submitting reports as required.
- Participate in company business meetings and team building, sharing professional promotion experiences, insights, and market information to assist senior managers in achieving team goals.
- Actively participate in SFA project implementation, accurately and timely recording relevant information (visits, coverage, meetings, client visits, and medical information provision quality), ensuring system effectiveness and quality.
- Assist senior managers in ensuring academic discussions and market development strategies are closely linked for each brand.
- Implement and improve regional business plans, providing suggestions and leading business plan execution for senior managers.
- Regularly visit decision-makers for key academic information and policy communication.
- Ensure all assigned activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and relevant laws and regulations in the People's Republic of China.
- Meet GSK global quality policy and global quality principles.
- Complete tasks as required by senior managers.
Education/Experience/Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or biology.
- At least 3-5 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good information collection and application skills.
- Basic computer operation skills and relevant software application skills (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Basic English listening, speaking, and reading skills.
- Analysis and business planning skills.
- Persevering, enthusiastic, and optimistic.
- Upright and honest, patient-centered.
- Influential.
