Strategic Account Manager

**Role Purpose**
As a Strategic Account Manager at 1215 GlaxoSmithKline (China) Investment Co Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**
1. Deliver sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with key customers, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies and tactics.
3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies and tactics.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of GSK's products, services, and value proposition, and communicate this effectively to customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
5. Identify and develop opportunities to expand GSK's presence in key customer accounts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute on these opportunities.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
* 3-5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze industry trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
