Senior Acoustic Design Engineer

Job Description:This role offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a talented team responsible for designing and developing world-class acoustic products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of home speaker/soundbar systems from concept to production release. This includes acoustic tuning, driver selection, system design, algorithm tuning, sound quality definition and testing, etc.
The Ideal Candidate:- We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in acoustics and audio engineering.
- Strong knowledge of home speaker/soundbar relative components and system tuning.
- Understanding of analog, digital and microprocessor circuit fundamentals.
- Experience using soundcheck, Audio Precision test system and programming knowledge.
- Able to read schematics, drawings and other forms of documentation.
- Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000 based on experience.
