Clinical Research Lead

As a Clinical Research Lead in this strategic therapeutic area, you will take on a core medical role as a scientific leader in drug development and medical affairs. You will work closely with global teams to drive clinical development strategy, study planning, and execution of phase I-IV clinical trials. Your expertise will be essential in communicating with health authorities during clinical trial permission (CTP) and new drug application (NDA) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical expertise to clinical strategic planning and execution
- Take core role in collaborating with registration affairs staff to communicate with health authorities
- Lead the definition of patient journeys, evidence gaps, and integrated evidence generation plans
- Develop and execute payer partnership programs to defend product value
- Plan and execute medical meetings, real-world studies, and data analysis
Requirements:
- Medical Doctor degree with board eligibility or certification
- At least 2 years of clinical experience as a physician or industry experience
- Knowledge of drug development process preferred
- Able to balance scientific priorities with business priorities
- Fluent English communication skills
