About the Role

This exciting opportunity as a Clinical Research Associate - Site Lead at Novo Nordisk A/S presents a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site management, including selection, initiation, and conduct of studies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, ICH-GCP, and Novo Nordisk procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to ensure timely and successful study execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring data quality and subject protection.
  • Manage site staff to meet patient recruitment targets and deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, addressing critical issues and progress updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Medical Science (e.g., medical, pharmacy, nursing).
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Minimum one year of clinical trial experience within the pharmaceutical industry or CRO, preferably in clinical monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCPs), ICH Guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Ability to travel.
