About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key initiatives across cross-functional teams. This includes developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level, managing programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with various teams to produce narratives and consolidated documents for business review meetings with senior leadership.
- Drive the creation of content for executive presentations and ensure strong follow-up management on action items and questions.
- Act as a consultant to internal teams or projects, providing support in thinking through business and communications challenges.
- Explore trends and companies that present strategic opportunities or risks.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
