Senior Analytical Engineer
  • S support business teams with in-depth performance failure analysis using microscopic techniques in regions around Asia.
  • Participate in projects collaborating with Global R&D for novel products/processes development.
  • Acquire high-quality microscopic images of defects leading to board failure by operating SEM.
  • Establish a cause-and-effect link for common performance failures for easy consequent investigation of failure mechanisms.
  • Complete failure analysis summaries in professional reports, subject to further interactions within and outside the organization.
  • Support both internal and external customers with basic trainings on topics related to the above responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering or related fields.
  • 5+ years of lab experience preferably in plating shops.
  • Good English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
  • Excellent knowledge of office-related software.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting qualification set for the opening, strong communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and be open to teamwork, disagreement, challenges, and different ideas and perspectives.

  • A competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
