Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our SAS team. As a key member of business leadership, you will work with global Business Unit partners and Regional Commercial leaders to identify, plan, and execute BU growth strategies in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:


•Collaborate with global product management and regional commercial teams to drive the development and execution of strategies in support of financial and share gain targets.


•Serve as the primary liaison between regional commercial leadership teams, strategic account management, and BU LoB leaders and their global product management teams to ensure customers have the necessary products and personnel have the necessary selling skills and tools to sell and support commercial strategies.


•Contribute to the creation, execution, and monitoring of regional initiatives to achieve defined objectives, including setting KPIs, defining analytics, and prioritizing those initiatives linked to BTSOs and other core business strategies.


•Conduct business and market analysis to understand the dynamics affecting the region and support quarterly forecasting report outs.


•Execute the global strategic plan with specified regional tactics, bridge multiple functions to simplify processes, and achieve results.


•Work with Marketing Communications partners to develop and deploy an annual communications plan.


•Monitor key regional opportunities using the Atlas CRM system and look for ways to accelerate advancements by leveraging company resources.


•Provide day-to-day support to commercial teams for product-related information, technical needs, customer questions, and escalation of any issues affecting regional business performance.


•Contribute to the identification of new business development opportunities using market knowledge and input from commercial teams, customers, consortia, and others, and recommend investments where appropriate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills:


•Strong understanding of the electronic assembly industry and familiarity with PCB assembling materials.


•5+ years' product and marketing management experience.


•Ability to travel 30% of working time or more.


•Thorough understanding of the Company's products and procedures.


•Well-developed communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


•Ability to work in a high-paced and multi-task environment.


•High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.


•Ability to speak, read, and write English and Chinese.


•Well-organized and detail-oriented.
