Job Title: Retail Training Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Manager to join our team at Adidas. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our retail staff
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date

Training Delivery:

  • Deliver training sessions to groups of retail staff
  • Provide coaching and feedback to retail staff to help them improve their skills
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail staff, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Communicate training plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a retail environment

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Language: English fluency and Mandarin fluency

PC/Language/Other Skills:

  • PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft products
