Senior Manager of Retail Training

Purpose & Overall Significance for the Organization:

To deliver exceptional educational services to retail and franchise personnel, enabling them to consistently achieve retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

Facilitate training initiatives for retail and franchise teams to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction. Design training solutions aimed at elevating retail performance indicators in alignment with both long-term and short-term business objectives. Monitor and assess training effectiveness through relevant retail and training performance metrics. Create detailed training strategies and programs tailored to the learning requirements of retail and franchise staff.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with Retail Operations leaders to enhance overall retail performance. Participate in business discussions and offer insights on training improvements. Work closely with Retail Operations, HR, Product Marketing, and other key departments to ensure alignment and resource acquisition.

Training Oversight

Sustain and refine the retail training framework to guarantee that learning curriculums are aligned with business needs. Employ effective learning methodologies to enhance the educational experience. Establish training performance indicators and processes to assess the quality and impact of training delivery.

Team Leadership

Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports; assess and enhance their performance. Foster the development of both interpersonal and technical skills among team members. Promote the sharing of best practices within the team.

Required Education and Experience:

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in training development and implementation. Background in apparel retail or fast fashion is advantageous.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
