Job Summary

This dynamic role requires a seasoned professional with 6 months of related work experience, who can effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to deliver seamless experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a commitment to creating a safe workplace.



About the Role

As a Butler, you will be part of a high-touch, personalized, and creative program that embodies the heart and soul of new luxury. Your success will be rooted in your ability to build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate their needs, and act upon them where possible.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
  • Coordinate efforts with Butler Valets and verify that other departments supporting butler services meet guest needs
  • Anticipate and act on guest needs, building rapport and delivering exceptional service
  • Create a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge


What We Offer
