Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of crafting exclusive travel narratives for high-end clientele. Your mission will be to cultivate existing partnerships while seeking out lucrative new accounts within trade and corporate sectors.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Implement proactive account management strategies to exceed challenging revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our distinguished sales leadership in China to tap into emerging market segments.
- Educate potential clients about our exquisite portfolio using all tools available, including Power BI Microsoft analytics and OSC database management.
- Align closely with property based sales teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and lead conversion efforts.
- Carry out comprehensive market analysis, engage in luxury focused trade shows, and maintain up to date product knowledge enhancing your territory’s conversion ratios.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, hands-on experience holds significant value.
- At least 5 years of solid B2B sales experience within luxury business practices.
- A proven track record demonstrating selling skills with a results-driven approach.
- Customer-centric mindset with deep familiarity with Belmond's properties and offerings.
- Knowledgeable about B2B distribution channels along with standard commercial strategies.
- Exceptional bilingual communication abilities in English and Mandarin are essential for success.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite tools effectively.
