Main Responsibilities:

To support National SOP Manager to

- Improve the effectiveness of sales force regular execution e.g. store coverage, in-store merchandising etc.

- Improve the efficiency of sales force via multiple approaches e.g. sales organization, overhead optimization, incentive scheme etc.

- Manage 3rd party sales resources to support Ferrero business, e.g. MDR management, outsourced audit

- Implement compliance & business integrity in sales

About the Role:Sales Force Effectiveness & Efficiency Management
  • Drive business enablers via national guidance & policies, implement via RSOP in regions, including coverage, active store, strike rate, route compliance etc
  • Sales incentive scheme design & continuously improvement
  • Standardize sales process

Vendor management

  • Manage fixed & routed MDR via 3rd party, support regional business needs
  • Improve efficiency & fulfillment of MDR team
  • Optimize merchandising resources for the company against relevant business uplift e.g. sales call, route planning, territory planning
Overhead management
  • Sales organization optimization to maximize sales force investment.
  • Implement zero based budgeting process to management overhead, optimize overhead investment & build linkage with business needs

  • Strong sales expertise and knowledge of FMCG approach to the business; confectionary industry is better.
  • Logic thinking & P&L driven thinking;
  • Strong communication ability, result oriented;
  • Proactive & resilient;
  • Strong Leadership and people management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Ability of thinking out of the box is a plus
