(Associate) Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Position Summary (Individual Contributor Role)
Functional responsibility: Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE).
Support the commercial team to drive efficiency and effectiveness by implementation and improvement of business intelligence, commercial training, target allocation, field force development and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results.
Act as business partner to the business segments in design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximize business impact in all Business Units across the country.
Role and Responsibility:
1) Drive continuous improvement of sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems;
2) Ensure effective communication of strategy, guidance and best practice and provide supportive deployment materials;
3) Interface with AGM in relation to CRM design, roll out and maintenance.
4) Provide timely and efficient data analysis to the commercial team for better executing the long time business strategy.
Sales Force Effectiveness:
1) Establish and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards for commercial team in a regular basis.
2) Utilize CRM platforms and other tools to better guide the sales team behaviors, optimize processes for opportunity management and market needs forecast.
3) Develop a strong collaborative relationship to understand regional issues and provide support to them through strategic guidance, tools and best practice to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales resource in the region;
4) Be responsible for the target allocation and adjustment of sales teams to align with the business strategies and to meet the changing market needs.
5) Establish and maintain sales performance evaluation framwork and provide efficient data support for sales incentives.
6) ComEx led projects implementation and management.
7) Other tasks assigned by management team.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Expert on compliance process with integrity
• Organized and stratigic thinking
• Excellent with digital analytical tools
• Communication skill
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and at multiple tasks
• Strength of analytical skills and high learning agility
Education
• University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, project management.
Experience:
1) Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare industry;
2) Minimum 3 years SFE experience;
3) Experiences in international medical device company is a plus.
