Job Summary

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting the daily operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Maximize sales revenue through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Support store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, reduce stockouts, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Participate in visual merchandising, window displays, and in-store promotions to drive sales and engagement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales trends, and company initiatives to provide informed advice to customers.
  7. Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge, with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
