Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Drive Commercial Excellence
LivaNova PLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of sales capabilities and tools, ensuring effective communication of strategy and guidance, and providing timely and efficient data analysis to the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards for commercial team.
2. Utilize CRM platforms and other tools to guide sales team behaviors and optimize processes for opportunity management and market needs forecast.
3. Develop a strong collaborative relationship to understand regional issues and provide strategic guidance, tools, and best practice to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales resource in the region.
4. Be responsible for target allocation and adjustment of sales teams to align with business strategies and meet changing market needs.
Requirements:
Fluent in English
Expert on compliance process with integrity
Organized and strategic thinking
Excellent with digital analytical tools
Communication skill
Able to work efficiently under pressure and at multiple tasks
Strength of analytical skills and high learning agility
Education:
University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, project management.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare industry; minimum 3 years SFE experience; experiences in international medical device company is a plus.
