About the Role:

Ferrero is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Field Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and coordinating with Area Managers and Customer Team Managers.

Main Responsibilities:

Employee Structure Management:
• Manage and guide the Sales Force
• Manage a team of District Managers and provide support in sales operations management
• Provide direction on the customer approach and customer management
• Ensure the application of Category and Trade Marketing policies and operative activities performed by Merchandisers

Activity Planning and Controlling:
• Explore findings on customer development generators
• Ensure the application of sales conditions and consumer price trends
• Provide insights and guidance on products and materials planning
• Monitor Sales Force performance trends

Team Management:
• Recruit, manage, motivate, coach, and develop your own team

Mainly Collaborating With:
Area/District Managers, Customer Team Managers, Merchandisers, Sales Force, Trade Marketing Field, Category Management

Requirements:


• 5+ years' experience in sales and/or marketing
• Experience gained in the FMCG segment with a proven track record of success in a similar role
• Demonstrable experience in managing complex teams
• Fluent English
