Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

About the Position

This position is located in Shanghai and plays a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Shanghai area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong connections with individuals who make important decisions and are involved in the project.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree, preferably in a technical field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Typically requires 5 years of sales management experience with a proven successful track record in a related product area.
