Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Bosch team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:- Developing and executing business plans to achieve strategic objectives
- Providing advisory services to the management board and other departments on business development and strategy
- Leading cross-functional projects to drive business growth and innovation
- Evaluating new business opportunities and their strategic fit
- Preparing top management presentations to communicate business strategies and results
You will work closely with the management board, executive management board, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in business administration, economics, or industrial engineering
- Minimum 5 years of international experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic project management
- Initiative personality with high social and communication skills
- Good organization skills, flexibility, and resilience
- Goal-oriented, analytical, and structured way of working
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German beneficial
- Proficient MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
