Job Overview

Bosch is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth in China. The ideal candidate will develop and execute local product and market strategies, leveraging their expertise in automotive industry and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define local product strategy and support HQ's product strategy deployment.
  • Explore and develop local business opportunities, identifying new innovative product/service areas and evaluating feasibility with the local team.
  • Perform acquisitions of strategic projects in identified markets/customers, ensuring success of pilot projects until handover to KAM.
  • Conduct market and competition analysis, networking at trade fairs, associations, and customer events.
  • Develop local promotion programs and lead execution with the marketing team.
  • Manage and collaborate with key stakeholders locally and internationally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • ≥5 years' experience in the Automotive industry, including >2 years' experience in business development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high readiness for national and international travel.
  • Confident and authentic appearance, strong communication skills, and high negotiation and persuading skills.
  • Proficient in English.
