Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Position Summary
As a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager at LivaNova PLC, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across the commercial team. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and improve business intelligence, commercial training, target allocation, field force development, and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement of sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems;
- Ensure effective communication of strategy, guidance, and best practice and provide supportive deployment materials;
- Interface with AGM in relation to CRM design, roll out, and maintenance;
- Provide timely and efficient data analysis to the commercial team for better executing the long-term business strategy.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Expert on compliance process with integrity;
- Organized and strategic thinking;
- Excellent with digital analytical tools;
- Communication skill;
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and at multiple tasks;
- Strength of analytical skills and high learning agility.
Education:
- University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, project management.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare industry;
- Minimum 3 years SFE experience;
- Experiences in international medical device company is a plus.
