LivaNova PLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our commercial team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and improving business intelligence, commercial training, target allocation, field force development, and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support commercial decision-making.

2. Utilize CRM platforms and other tools to optimize sales processes and improve sales performance.

3. Collaborate with regional teams to understand local issues and provide strategic guidance, tools, and best practices to maximize sales impact and efficiency.

4. Establish and maintain sales performance evaluation frameworks and provide data-driven insights to inform sales incentives.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• Expertise in compliance processes with integrity

• Organized and strategic thinking

• Excellent analytical skills and digital tool proficiency

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Education:

University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, or project management

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a minimum of 3 years in Sales Force Effectiveness
