Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team at LivaNova PLC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales force effectiveness and business intelligence initiatives to maximize business impact across all business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales force effectiveness strategies to improve sales capabilities and tools, and supporting systems.
  • Ensure effective communication of commercial strategy, guidance, and best practices to the sales team, and provide supportive deployment materials.
  • Interface with senior management to design, roll out, and maintain CRM systems.
  • Provide timely and efficient data analysis to the commercial team to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support commercial decision-making.
  • Utilize CRM platforms and other tools to optimize sales processes and improve sales performance.
  • Develop strong relationships with regional teams to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Be responsible for target allocation and adjustment of sales teams to align with business strategies and meet changing market needs.
  • Establish and maintain sales performance evaluation frameworks and provide efficient data support for sales incentives.
  • Lead the implementation and management of commercial projects.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English.
  • Expertise in compliance processes and integrity.
  • Organized and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent digital analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and high learning agility.
Education and Experience
  • University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, or project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales force effectiveness.
  • Experience in international medical device companies is a plus.
