Job Title: Commercial Excellence Manager

LivaNova PLC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales force effectiveness and business intelligence initiatives to maximize business impact across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business intelligence tools and dashboards to support commercial team decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement commercial processes and projects that drive sales growth and efficiency.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate data analysis to support commercial team decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain sales performance evaluation frameworks and provide efficient data support for sales incentives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on sales force effectiveness and business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
