Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the commercial team to drive efficiency and effectiveness by implementing and improving business intelligence, commercial training, target allocation, field force development, and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive continuous improvement of sales capabilities and tools and supporting systems;
  2. Ensure effective communication of strategy, guidance, and best practice and provide supportive deployment materials;
  3. Interface with AGM in relation to CRM design, roll out, and maintenance;
  4. Provide timely and efficient data analysis to the commercial team for better executing the long-term business strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent in English;
  • Expert on compliance process with integrity;
  • Organized and strategic thinking;
  • Excellent with digital analytical tools;
  • Communication skill;
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and at multiple tasks;
  • Strength of analytical skills and high learning agility.
Education and Experience

You will need:

  • University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, or project management;
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the healthcare industry;
  • Minimum 3 years SFE experience;
  • Experiences in international medical device company is a plus.
