About the Role

As a Business Process Analyst at SAP, you will help drive the development of ALM-CCM topics, collaborating with global customers and stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs. Your expertise in SAP applications, particularly in ABAP development, will be essential in delivering custom code management solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training and coaching to customers' in-house developers or third-party developers on ABAP development skills and optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver localization service packages as per demand.
  • Manage custom code development projects, ensuring proper scoping and quality governance.
  • Analyze custom code issues, trace root causes, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest custom code development technologies and act as a coach for internal and external peers.
  • Support customers with classic ABAP development, S/4 HANA development, and S/4 HANA cloud development, as well as BTP extension.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solid experience with ABAP development, with JAVA as a plus.
  • Familiarity with development quality assurance process.
  • Familiarity with ALM or Run SAP methodology and hands-on experience in one of the topics.
  • Knowledge in SAP applications, with Japanese or Korean as a plus.
  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Any SAP ABAP certificate, PMP certification, or other industry and project management certification as a plus.

Language

  • English is mandatory.
  • Japanese or Korean as a plus.
