  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies released in the market.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years of experience in supporting E-Business Suite.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite, including system administration and database administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with Cantonese speaking an advantage.
  • Oracle Certified Professional qualification an advantage.
