Strategic Pricing Analyst- China, Shenzhen

As a Commercial Performance Manager at Teleport, you will be responsible for managing business pricing requests and authorizations, contract performance, and sales contract management for the China region. You will work closely with the Regional RM team to ensure achievement of regional yield targets and manage accounts receivable, contract deposits, and fines.
Key Responsibilities- Pricing Management: Liaise with the Regional RM team to handle business pricing requests and authorizations, including HBA/SBA pricing requests, spot/special rate applications.
- Contract Performance and AR Monitoring: Manage accounts receivable, contract performance, contract deposits/guarantees, handle No Show and Under Submission cases, ensure Tonnage/revenue management and SLA compliance of customers.
- Sales Contract Management: Manage contracts such as CASA, HBA, SBA, and various sales contract attachments, maintain the contract ledger for the sales department, monitor contract pricing, and manage risk clauses.
- Sales Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and consolidate sales data from various channels, complete weekly and monthly sales reports, and serve as the data source for the sales department.
- Annual Budget, Sales Forecast, and Meeting Data Collection: Gather data for the annual budget, sales forecast, Pit Stop, Garage, GM meetings, and monitor sales activities to provide management support to the sales manager.
- Support for Online and Offline Activities: Support online and offline activities with the marketing department, collect customer merchandise requirements, and manage sales expenses.
- Market Information Collection: Collect information on market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation management, Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, sales contract management, or financial analysis, preferably in the aviation or logistics industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Or Google Suite and familiarity with pricing management software or CRM systems.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional initiatives, particularly between sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing dynamics within the industry.
