Job Summary

As a Senior Game Data Analyst at Level Infinite, you will lead and oversee game data analysis initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive data-informed decision-making. You will develop and implement data collection methodologies, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection from various sources. You will analyze game data to identify player behavior patterns, gameplay trends, and areas for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track game performance. You will conduct in-depth analysis of player engagement, monetization, and retention metrics to optimize game design, features, and monetization strategies. You will utilize statistical modeling and predictive analytics to forecast player behavior and inform business strategies. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game analytics, continuously enhancing data analysis techniques and methodologies. You will present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including game designers, product managers, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee game data analysis initiatives
• Develop and implement data collection methodologies

Requirements

• Extensive experience in game data analysis, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in data collection tools and methodologies, with the ability to design and implement effective data collection processes
• Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques, with experience in using tools such as SQL, Python, or R
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful conclusions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple data analysis projects simultaneously
• Passion for games and a deep understanding of the gaming industry, including game mechanics, player behavior, and monetization strategies
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in game analytics
