**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CSD Intern to join our team at ING. As a CSD Intern, you will play a critical role in providing settlement support to transactions against customers and financial institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Scanning of transactional documents and tickets to our Hub, as well as documentary bills to our overseas Bills team
  • Assisting with local credit reporting system input and preparing AML reports and internal payment declaration reports
  • Preparing covering letters for L/C and DP, DA transactions using standard templates
  • Assisting with the preparation of courier tickets and filing daily transactions
  • Preparing GBS tickets for account opening and customer onboard data setup and amendments
  • Providing basic support to the department and completing any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree (3rd/4th year students) or Master's degree (1st/2nd year students) with basic financial knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Minimum GPA above 3 or equivalent
