We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our diverse international team in Shanghai. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a growing agency by engaging in various exciting projects with prominent clients across multiple marketing channels, including social media, websites, mini-programmes, and other relevant platforms. The primary objective of this position is to collaborate with international brands in the China market, fostering synergy among all KRDS group offices.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee digitally-driven marketing initiatives from pre-sales proposals to post-sales account management Facilitate daily communication and collaborate cross-functionally with brands and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly campaign success Transform client visions and requirements into actionable business objectives, coordinating with project teams on necessary deliverables while managing client expectations Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts Possess a keen eye for creative output, identifying strong social executions and areas for improvement Proactively address account management challenges and advise on refining internal operations Serve as a brand ambassador and digital consultant, educating clients and internal teams on marketing trends and industry developments Balance business and marketing needs, assisting in the enhancement of internal systems and processes for improved performance Support and coordinate administrative tasks related to Chinese operationsYour Profile
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital or social media marketing within an agency setting Familiarity with key digital media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Channels, Baidu, Douyin, and Kuaishou Proven experience in developing digital strategies and creative content for brands, with a strong attention to detail Demonstrated success in managing accounts and campaigns Comprehensive understanding of digital and social media channels and the broader customer journey Must be proactive, eager to learn, a self-starter, and an excellent communicator Strong time management and organizational skills Interest in thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects is a plusBenefits
