Our dedicated professionals cater to millions of clients worldwide, covering a broad spectrum of private wealth, from personal banking for individuals and families to services for business owners, investors, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We offer a range of products and services, including bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, asset management, insurance, wealth management, and private banking tailored to meet our clients' diverse needs.

We are currently in search of a qualified professional to enhance our team.

In this position, you will:

- Cultivate our Premier customer base and forge enduring relationships with a designated Premier clientele portfolio.

- Oversee the comprehensive wealth management of your clients by aligning our financial and investment product offerings with their financial objectives.

- Advocate for our Premier Service to prospective clients, identifying their needs and facilitating referrals to other business units as necessary.

- Contribute to branch enhancement initiatives by providing customer feedback on our services and ensuring adherence to audit standards and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- A university degree, ideally in finance, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating exceptional relationship-building skills.

- Strong sales acumen and customer focus, complemented by effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

- A high level of customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering outstanding service quality.

- A solid understanding and keen interest in financial markets.

- A mature and self-reliant approach, capable of thriving under pressure.

- Strong commercial awareness paired with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
