About the Role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, your primary objective will be to promote our platform to a designated group of target accounts. You will engage directly with C-Suite executives and director-level personnel within the enterprise sector, taking the lead in developing a successful Enterprise Sales team. This position is crucial to our company's ongoing success, requiring an individual who can quickly adapt and inspire the team with innovative strategies.
A Day in The Life of Our Enterprise Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary liaison for a diverse range of Enterprise clients, managing onboarding, ongoing account oversight, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Concentrate on understanding and articulating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to achieve revenue targets effectively.
- Act as the internal expert for specific industry verticals.
- Build lasting customer relationships through empathy, active listening, and resilience.
- Exhibit sound business judgment and effective decision-making.
- Excel in negotiations both prior to and following contract finalization.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver professional presentations at all organizational levels.
- Manage the execution of significant contracts and updates within SalesForce efficiently.
- Be prepared to travel as necessary for client meetings.
Requirements for This Role:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or account management.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a technical product/service environment.
- Proven success in establishing long-term customer relationships through empathy and active listening.
- Strong technical knowledge in design software or related technologies.
- Ability to assess unique requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in negotiating and presenting at all organizational levels.
- Prior experience in the technology sector is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements.
