Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Sales Team within our Commercial Division. This role will report directly to the Head of Sales for the APAC region.

The primary responsibility of this position is to drive significant annual sales growth for our plastic products, which are part of our pharmaceutical systems division. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding the business and establishing a robust sales pipeline in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic sectors, collaborating effectively with the existing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve double-digit sales growth targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the pharma and diagnostic markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor of Science degree is essential, ideally in a technical discipline. Languages: Proficiency in English and Italian is required. Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of proven direct sales experience with technical products in a B2B context, particularly in project-based technical sales. Experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic fields is essential, along with strong business development capabilities. IT Skills: Proficient in computer-aided selling tools, including all MS Office applications, CRM systems, ERP software (such as SAP), web-based applications, and data analysis tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A collaborative team player with the ability to lead proactively. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and organizational abilities, demonstrated by the capacity to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
